在反應(yīng)槽內(nèi)順序加入顆粒狀氫氧化鉀8kg、粉末狀碳酸鈉(蘇打灰)(旭硝子株式會(huì)社制)7kg和金屬硅化物30kg,再加入60l的水。在其中開始自然反應(yīng),從下層的氫氧化鉀開始劇烈反應(yīng),在反應(yīng)槽內(nèi)從下側(cè)向上側(cè)發(fā)生對流。反應(yīng)溫度自然上升,反應(yīng)溫度在80~90℃的范圍內(nèi)時(shí),呈活躍的反應(yīng)狀態(tài)。反應(yīng)溫度高不超過92℃。反應(yīng)在10h左右結(jié)束,分離固體,可以獲得約48l(約70kg)耐火液。

(3)這種耐火粘合劑性能若用耐火液涂覆木板,將涂覆的木板靠近1000~c火焰處30min不會(huì)發(fā)生燃燒。若將耐火膠黏劑混合物加壓脫水45%水分含量,在180℃下加壓1h制得輕質(zhì)耐火材料。
